Hi, I’m Clare, a Certified Holistic ADHD Coach with over a decade of experience in social care. I work with teens, parents, and organisations to provide practical strategies, emotional regulation tools, and strengths-based coaching.
I’m not a psychiatrist, psychologist, or medical professional. My work doesn’t diagnose or prescribe. Instead, I offer practical, compassionate support for people living with ADHD and related challenges — helping them understand themselves and build strategies that actually work in day-to-day life.
I also live with ADHD myself, so I understand first-hand what it feels like to manage ideas, emotions, and energy — and how small wins can create big shifts. This lived experience, combined with my professional background, shapes a coaching space that is both structured and deeply understanding.
My work combines behavioural and emotional regulation strategies with a holistic, person-centred approach. Every session is tailored to the individual — whether that’s a young person finding focus, a parent trying to reconnect, or a professional seeking better understanding.
My coaching is guided by the HSE’s New Directions framework and principles of Person-Centred Planning, ensuring that every goal is meaningful, achievable, and centred around the person’s strengths and choices. I combine strategies from Dr. E. Brown, Ph.D teachings of executive function, activation, focus,effort,emotion,memory and action to achieve goals.
